“Recovery To Resilience” Symposium

Science-informed community planning and decision-making for stronger, more resilient communities in the face of increasing wildland fires

This online symposium will identify gaps and solutions for local communities to support small businesses with science and with government as a foundation to strengthen the sense of community to be willing to put in the hard work of recovery. Then, providing the direct tools to move from “recovery to resilience” in preparation for the next fire season

Featuring experts in the fields of social science, physical science, community leadership, and small business leadership, our speakers will share insights on how their experiences and expertise can help California small-business communities prepare for the next wildfire and disasters. The presentations will be followed by breakout discussions, where we encourage your participation.
