The Tempo project is hosting a series of discussions between musicians, social scientists, and physical scientists to explore solutions to mitigate climate change.
The Tempo Dialogue with Neil Fromer and Dwight Bigler will be held on Zoom September 21st at 4:00 pm PT with simultaneous Japanese interpretation. Register here
The Dialogue’s theme is solutions, centered on what actions we can take to mitigate the impacts of climate change. Physical scientist, Neil Fromer, will discuss where planet warming emissions come from and how individual and community actions can make a difference. Composer and conductor, Dwight Bigler, will share selections from Mosaic for Earth, a major work for choir and orchestra that celebrates the wonders of nature and explores humanity’s impact on the environment and our responsibility towards it. This will be followed with discussion. We look forward to your participation.
