The Dialogue's theme is Cyberforest: Sense of Globe/ Sense of Wonder. Professor at the Tokyo University of Agriculture Kaoru Saito will share his Cyberforest Research Project, a 20-year long project monitoring and recording the forest. Koto player, educator, and composer Yasuko Sato will discuss the attitude of being attuned to the sound world outside of your own inner chatter, and how her music resonates with the natural environment around her. This will be followed with discussion exploring nature soundscape and its role in Japanese music. 今回の対話のテーマは「サイバーフォレスト：全球感覚・センス・オブ・ワンダー」です。東京農業大学の斎藤馨は20年以上手掛けていらっしゃる「森の今と音で繋がる」サイバーフォレストプロジェクトに関して発表します。25弦琴奏者、教育者、作曲家である佐藤康子は自分の外の音に耳を傾け、自然音と共鳴する音楽を心がける音楽性についてお話しします。続いて全員参加の討論が、邦楽に於ける自然の環境音の役割などについて行われます。皆さんのご参加を楽しみにしています。
